I'm half asleep in my bed. All of a sudden, I feel a presence. He lays down next to me. He wraps his arms around me and kisses my neck. I feel every nuance of his body upon mine. I am steeped in bliss, until all of a sudden, I realize, he is not really here. How can this be, I wonder?
These types of interactions are often reported to me from people who are in Soul Mate/Twin Flame relationships. They have an ability to enter each other's dreams, read each other's thoughts, mirror actions and most of all have a romantic sexual psychic connection. It's very real.
This can be either a blessing or a curse. It's something you can wonder about together, it deepens your connection and brings you closer. But if the relationship ends, it can be hell. I meet many people in the course of my work who have been in this type of relationship and could never forget the other person. And they are quite uncomfortable about it.
My first Soul Mate relationship was overwhelming. And continued to be so even after it ended. I can remember walking to my car after shopping and feeling a wave of his energy envelop me like a tsunami. I had to grab on to a light pole in order not to fall down. The psychic attacks were constant and continued no matter what I did. No amount of psychic defense techniques worked. I even tried cord cutting but to no avail. I did talk to him once and he admitted that he thought about me and fantasied about me constantly. The attacks continued until his premature death. I even knew on some level that he had passed because I FELT the stroke that took him down.
I did learn some things though. The attacks were possible because there was a huge part of me that wanted him back.
Sometimes when people tell me they want to meet their Soul Mate/Twin Flame, I cringe. I know what the downside looks like, and how hard it is to move on. I think that no matter where the soul mate is, anywhere on earth or after death, there will always be a connection. Maybe to ensure that the relationship continues into the next life?
